We promise that your documents will be safe and secure. Not only do we take the greatest precautions to physically protect your documents, we also adhere to the strictest privacy standards set forth by HIPAA. But I want to tell you about one further step we take here at E-BizDocs.
Your secure and protected documents are only valuable to you when you can find them. We utilize an award-winning software for box tracking at our facility. Every location is labeled and barcoded. Every box we receive gets its own barcode label. And the fact that our system connects every box to a location is only the beginning.
When we receive your box, it gets our barcode. When we look for boxes move about the production floor, we refer to that barcode number. As the box is scanned to different locations, the status is updated in the system, allowing us to maintain not only a current location, but even path history, for every box.
You won’t necessarily know the number we use internally, and if you did, it probably wouldn’t mean anything to you. Most likely, your boxes will have either your own numbers, alpha ranges, dates, or even descriptions on the side. That information can be introduced into our system so you if you need to request a box or a document from a box, it translates easily to our barcode, thus making the location of your documents instantly available to us.
Our system also provides detailed history of your boxes. If at any time there is a need to know by whom, when, or why a box was moved, the system can provide that information.
