We’d like to offer congratulations in regards to the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, passed on July 26th, 1990. Of course, the question is, “How do you congratulate a law?” Not only was the passage of the Act a compassionate deed on the part of our government, but the widespread acceptance of the law spoke to the charitable hearts of all Americans. So on this 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, we congratulate our country.
